Times newspaper: Qatar supported, financed “Jabhat al-Nusra” with millions of dollars

The British Times newspaper revealed about a lawsuit filed to the Higher Court in London against Sheikhdom of Qatar on supporting the terrorist organization of “Jabhat al-Nusra” in Syria and financing it with millions of dollars.

The newspaper said in a report edited by Chief investigative Reporter, Andrew Norfolk, that Sheikhdom of Qatar which is involved in the manufacturing ,supporting , sponsoring ,financing and arming terrorism on the Syrian territories , faces a lawsuit that accuses it of supporting terrorism through a secret money-laundering operation with the aim of sending hundreds of millions of dollars to the terrorist organization of “Jabhat al-Nusra” in Syria.

It added that nine Syrians who came under financial losses or torture, arbitrary detention, threat of execution or other forms of Persecution by terrorist Organization of “ Jabhat al-Nusra “ filed the lawsuit which revealed a conspiracy that was hatched by high-ranking members of the ruling elite in Qatar who funded al-Qaeda-linked terrorists in Syria.

According to what has been included in the lawsuit, a special office for Emir of Qatar was among the secret ways through which it was possible to transfer money to “Jabhat al-Nusra”, in addition to money- laundering operations by organizing contracts of construction purchasing real estates at huge prices.

The lawsuit noted that the secret operation, led by Sheikhdom of Qatar to finance the terrorists in Syria, was done under the supervision of the terrorist organization of “Muslim Brotherhood” which included meetings in Turkey between Qatari officials and members of terrorist organizations in Syria.
