Palestinian FM renews demand for the international community to end the occupation

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs renewed its call on the international community to stop the crimes of the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people and to end the occupation.

The ministry explained in a statement today, reported by Wafa Agency, that the international solidarity witnessed for the Palestinian cause in recent times did not prevent the occupation from continuing its siege on the Gaza Strip and Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in occupied Jerusalem, nor from escalating the incursions into Palestinian cities, towns and camps amid shooting, which led to dozens of injuries and the arrest of hundreds.

The Palestinian Foreign Ministry also indicated that this solidarity did not prevent the occupation from expanding settlement operations and theft of Palestinian land, nor from targeting archaeological sites and attempting to wipe out their identity, which calls for a firm international stance that ends the occupation.

The Palestinian Foreign Ministry indicated that it will continue to work with the International Criminal Court and the international community to expose the crimes of the occupation against the Palestinians and hold those responsible to account.
