The Russian “Ross Aboron Export” company and the Jordanian “Jadara” company have agreed to produce “Cornet” anti-tank guided missiles in Jordan.
A spokesman for “Ross Aboronexport” company said that the two companies held negotiations during the international arms fair “IDEX-2021”, in its 15th session, and reached an agreement to organize the licensed production of “9M133-1” and “9M133F-1” anti-armor guided missiles. And the “Cornet” missiles.
The Kornet-E missiles are designed to destroy tanks and armored combat vehicles and destroy fortifications.
This type of missile can also hit targets flying at a low altitude, and the maximum firing range is 5.5 km.
