And the governorate issued a detailed statement clarifying the reality of the incident, in which Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, the governor of Sharqia, said: There is no validity to the death of 7 cases of Corona virus patients in the Husseinieh Central Hospital, due to a lack or out of oxygen from the hospital, indicating that the number of the dead is only 4 cases and they They must have respirators and that death is natural as a result of their deteriorating condition due to infection with the Coronavirus, and that they have chronic diseases.
This came in response to what was covered on the social media pages with a video clip, from inside the Husseinieh Central Hospital, showing the death of a number of Corona patients after the oxygen pumping stopped due to the hospital’s lack of oxygen.
The governor said that a technical committee was formed as soon as the video appeared and went to the hospital to verify the validity of what was circulated regarding the lack of oxygen, and by examination it was found that the number of the dead was 4 cases of death in isolation care from the owners of chronic diseases, and the cases were one of them on Vent and 2 insults and oxygen is available in the hospital and there are 17 children In nursery, two cases of public care, and 36 cases of corona infection in the isolation department, no deaths occurred among these cases, indicating that the oxygen fed to Corona patients in intensive care is the same as the one for nurseries and public care and at the time of the deaths, the oxygen car fed the tank, which means that there is no shortage or running out. With oxygen, in addition to that there is a backup network for use in the event of any problem in the oxygen tank, and health services are provided to patients in a satisfactory manner, and the official of the security company has been referred for investigation in order to allow an individual to enter isolation care, photograph patients and cause confusion.
