Mustafa Bakri, a member of the Egyptian Parliament, warned that the Libyan army affiliated with the Al-Wefaq government in Tripoli would launch an attack on the city of Sirte with the support of Turkish forces.
He added: “The Libyan National Army (led by Haftar) expects a Turkish attack with the participation of terrorist militias in the coming hours.” And if Erdogan did, he would have to wait for the Libyan National Army in the heart of Tripoli and Misurata.
“If Erdogan did not understand President Sisi’s remarks, he should re-read them, and realize that the Egyptian army is not tolerated,” Bakri said.
