Stefan Harabin, the President of the Slovak “National Party” Flast, stressed that the unilateral coercive economic measures imposed by the West on Syria are illegal and clearly contradict the Charter of the United Nations.
Harabin explained in a statement to a SANA correspondent in Prague today that these coercive measures were imposed from outside the framework of the UN Security Council and therefore there is no legitimacy and no legal ones because international law speaks frankly about the inadmissibility of any military action or the imposition of a ban or sanctions on a country without authorization by United nations.
