The Russian army monitors the fire of Turkish support for militants in Syria

The Russian Center for Reconciliation in Syria showed footage of fiery support by Turkish artillery for militants in Idlib, Syria.

The video clip, which was captured by a drone, detected Turkish artillery fire in this area.

The media reported earlier that Damascus repelled a major attack by pro-Turkish armed groups in the vicinity of the town of Neirab in Idlib Governorate.

In this context, journalists reported that the Syrian army had partially managed to eliminate enemy soldiers, and that the regular forces had not withdrawn from any residential area.

At the request of Damascus, the Russian Air Force‘s “Su-24” bombers struck the terrorists, which allowed to repel the attacks, while Ankara stopped the artillery strikes after the Russian military spotted them and reported the command to them.

Turkish President Rajep Tayyip Erdogan stated that he has not yet obtained a satisfactory outcome from negotiations with Russia over Idlib, indicating that Ankara is ready to start a military operation in this region, which was described by Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov as “the worst scenario.”
