Britain begins work on issuing passports for those who received the Corona vaccine

The British “Mirror” newspaper reported that the United Kingdom began working on issuing a passport for those vaccinated against Corona, to allow them to travel during holidays.

The newspaper said that the ministries of foreign affairs, transportation, health and social welfare are working to discuss options for travel abroad that may require such a document as a condition of entry.

It is noteworthy that British tourists will be allowed to enter Greece from next May, provided that they can show evidence that they have received the anti-corona vaccine.

Government officials at the Greek Tourism Ministry said, “The UK vaccination program is advanced enough to allow Britons to have a summer residence with us.”

According to The Times Grigoris Tasios, the head of the Greek Federation of Hoteliers said: “Greece has always been a favorite vacation destination for the British. Safer to come here by May. ”
