The health authorities in the Chinese capital, Beijing, announced today, Sunday, that it had recorded 36 confirmed cases of Corona virus during the past 24 hours, in the largest number of new daily infections in the city.
On Saturday, Beijing announced the detection of six confirmed cases. Health authorities said that all new cases have caught the infection in the country.
During the past day, the country, including the capital, recorded 57 new corona virus infections, 9 asymptomatic and two patients recovered, without deaths.
To date, 83132 injuries have been recorded on the Chinese mainland, 78,369 patients have recovered, 129 people remain in hospitals, and the number of victims has reached 4,634.
