Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang called on the US side on Wednesday (29 April), to take responsible stances, take care of the security and health of the people of eastern Europe, and calm the growing international concerns about the US intention to establish several biological laboratories in some eastern European countries of the former Soviet Union.
And Russian media had recently stated that Washington would set up biological laboratories in some eastern European countries under the direct supervision of the American side, where it is expected to conduct prohibited tests on American soil to study the effect of certain serious diseases on humans.
