Japanese media revealed today that the health authorities in the capital Tokyo will raise the level of the Corona virus warning to the highest degree on a scale of four degrees.
The Asahi newspaper said that the health authorities will announce that “the warning level has been raised to the highest level because of the occurrence of infection cases to record levels during the recent period and the continued spread of infection.”
Daily cases exceeded 200 cases in the last four days and reached an all-time high of 243 cases last Friday, as tests in the capital showed cases of infection among young people in their twenties and thirties.
