A Syrian military source said that the Syrian army extended its control over the village of Kafr Nobl in Idlib countryside in the north of the country.
The Syrian army had seized control of the strategic town of Hass, which is the eastern gate to Kafr Nobl, the most prominent stronghold of the “Jabhat al-Nusra” organization in the Jabal al-Zawiya area of southern Idlib countryside.
According to “Sputnik”, the town of Hass was the first line of defense for the city of Kafr Nobl, and that dozens of militants were killed during the fighting.
And the Syrian official “SANA” agency reported that units of the Syrian army liberated the villages of Mutamar, Mu’tasin, and Arbu, southwest of the city of Maarat al-Numan in the southern Idlib countryside, after eliminating many elements of the “Jabhat al-Nusra” and allied groups.
The Syrian army had liberated Tal al-Nar and 8 villages in the southern countryside of Idlib, after fighting with armed groups.
