Syria has condemned incitement and hypocrisy campaigns launched by the British government and the European Union regarding the situation in Daraa province, affirming that they are unsuccessful and uncovered attempts to ease pressure on terrorists in the Province.
“The Syrian Arab Republic condemns incitement and hypocrisy campaigns launched by the British government and the EU Establishment regarding the situation in Daraa province, which come within the context of their known hostile policy to Syria and supporting terrorism,” An official source at Foreign and Expatriates Ministry said in a statement to SANA.
The source added that Syria, while stresses that those statements are no longer an uncovered and unsuccessful attempt to ease pressure on terrorists, it affirms that the State has been determined to deal with the situation in the southern region through dialogue and not pushing towards confrontations that could harm innocents, but the terrorist groups are still blowing up any agreement and inflaming situation in the region by orders of their operators.
“Those lie campaigns and fabrications would not affect the Syrian stance in combating terrorism, liberating lands and restoring security and stability to the whole country,” the source added.
