Syrian embassies in a number of countries of the world continued the process of preparing electoral lists for Syrian citizens abroad who wish to participate in the upcoming presidential elections.
In Tehran, the Syrian embassy opened registration doors for Syrian citizens in Iran who wish to participate in the presidential elections, calling on Syrian citizens wishing to exercise their electoral right to speed up registering their names via e-mail or personally attending at the embassy before April 25th.
In Austria, the embassy called for Syrian citizens willing to participate in the presidential elections to register their names on the electoral lists. The embassy said in a statement that it has started its preparations for receiving the requests of Syrian citizens residing in Austria and the other six countries that fall within its field of work, namely Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia and Malta.
In New Delhi, the Syrian embassy called for Syrian citizens willing to participate in the presidential elections to quickly register their names in the electoral lists directly at the Syrian embassy chancery in the Indian capital or via the embassy e-mail.
In Cairo, the Syrian embassy continued the process of registering the names of Syrian citizens residing in Egypt.
