President Bashar al-Assad issued on Thursday Law No. /6/ for the year 2021 on establishing the Higher Institute for Cinematic Arts, with the aim of graduating specialists in cinematic arts, training and qualification in various fields of cinematic art in a way that would achieve an artistic renaissance in these fields.
