Russian Coordination Center distributes 255 food packages to displaced families in the make-shift center in Rassas town in Sweida

Russian Coordination Center distributed on Sunday 255 food packages provided by Federal Russia to the displaced people residing in make-shift center in the town of Rassas in Sweida province as an expression of standing by the Syrian people.

The Russian aids, which were distributed among 84 families, included flour, sugar, rice and milk.

Member of the competent executive office in Sweida province Adnan Azzam, pointed out in a statement said that the distribution of aids comes within the framework of cooperation and friendship between the Syrian and Russian sides in confronting the global terrorism and the repercussions of the unjust war waged on Syria.

Azzam added that they also targeted the Syrian families affected by the war who have left their areas due to terrorism and resorted to Sweida province in search of safety and security and to escape the crimes of terrorism.
