The Russian Reconciliation Center in Syria announced that it had monitored 32 bombing attacks by members of the “Al-Nusra Front” terrorist organization in several Syrian governorates during the last day.
The deputy head of the Russian Center for Reconciliation, Major General Vyacheslav Sitnik, said in a statement, on Friday, that 15 bombing operations were recorded in Idlib Governorate, 12 operations in Lattakia and 5 in Hama Governorate.
He added that no attacks were detected by the pro-Turkish armed groups.
It is noteworthy that Russia and Turkey agreed last March on measures to stop the escalation in the Syrian province of Idlib.
The measures agreed upon by Russian Presidents Vladimir Putin and Turkish Recep Tayyip Erdogan include a ceasefire at the contact line as of March 6, the establishment of a security corridor near the M-4 road, and joint Russian-Turkish patrols on the road.
