UN General Assembly adopts a draft resolution on E-voting ..al-Jaafari opposes ,even if temporarily, the applicable rules of procedures

UN General Assembly on Friday adopted a draft resolution submitted by Liechtenstein and a number of states on the mechanism of e-voting for the UN General Assembly’s resolutions in case of the lack of capacity of the personal attendance, with a majority of 123 votes, while 19 countries, of which Syria, refused to vote and 29 states abstained from voting.
