Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed that peacekeepers in Karabakh will be Russian, and that coordination with Turkey will be via a center in Azerbaijan.

The Kremlin spokesman added that Moscow has confirmed more than once that the participation of Turkish forces in the peace processes in Karabakh, “is not only a topic for discussion between Moscow and Ankara, but must be agreed upon by Armenia and Azerbaijan.

In turn, the Russian Foreign Minister said in a statement today, Thursday, that the Turkish observers will not be present in Karabakh, and that the work of the Russian and Turkish observers will be remotely using drones.
