President al-Assad issues decree exempting loans given to citizens affected by fires from penalties and fines of delay

President Bashar al-Assad on Tuesday issued legislative decree No.23 for the year 2020 which exempts loans given to the citizens affected by fires that lately erupted in Lattakia, Tartous ,Homs and Hama from penalties and fines of delay.
