The Iranian Revolutionary Guard reveals that it has detained dozens of foreign ships in the Gulf

The Iranian Revolutionary Guards admitted that they had detained dozens of foreign ships in the Gulf waters, on charges of smuggling fuel, announcing that 23 of these ships were still in custody.

Commander of the Naval Forces of the Revolutionary Guard, Ali Reza Tengsiri, said that the guards are seriously dealing with large foreign ships that smuggle fuel, while not being exposed to smaller vessels.

The military official did not disclose the countries to which the ships belonged, nor did he refer to the fate of the detained ships’ crews
