Health Ministry announced on Monday that 67 new corona virus cases were registered in the country while 18 ones have recovered.
The Ministry pointed out in a statement to SANA that the infections’ toll registered in the country reached till now 1255, of which 364 cases have recovered and 52 ones have passed away.
The first corona virus infection was registered in Syria on March 22nd for a person who came from abroad, while the first death was on the 29th of the same month.
