The Health Ministry announced on Friday that 19 new Corona virus (COVID-19) cases were registered in Syria, while 8 patients have recovered and two have passed away.
The Ministry said in a statement to SANA that the total number of Corona virus cases registered in Syria reached 757, of which 237 have recovered while 43 have passed away.
The first case of Corona virus in Syria was detected on March 22nd in a person who had come from abroad, while the first death caused by the virus was registered on March 29th.
