The Cabinet called on citizens to stay at homes during Eid al-Adha and stay away from gatherings and crowded places as much as possible, stressing that the current stage requires high degree of awareness and responsibility in terms of commitment to preventative measures to contain outbreak of corona virus pandemic.
During its weekly session on Sunday chaired by Prime Minister Hussein Arnous, the cabinet stressed on applying precautionary measures and spatial distancing in exams of universities and institutes.
The cabinet adopted the Industry Ministry’s plan to enhance the role of industrial public sector in economic development, and re-operate all stopped facilities and resume production in them, as well as increasing the production to meet the need of the local market.
