The Libyan army shot down a plane marching to the Turkish regime west of Tripoli

The Libyan National Army, led by Marshal Khalifa Haftar, announced today the shooting down of a new march plane belonging to the Turkish regime, west of the capital, Tripoli.

The Military Media Division of the Army reported on its official Facebook page that air defense platforms shot down a Turkish airliner, which attempted to launch an air strike on Al-Watiyah base.

The Libyan army had shot down in recent months several drones belonging to the Turkish regime, which tried to target military sites in the country.

The Turkish regime continues its plans with the aim of devoting its intervention in Libya by sending forces to it and supporting militias there, within the framework of its ambitions to plunder the wealth of this country and expand its influence in the region.
