Syria: The total night curfew imposed by Tuesday will be abolished and transportation between governorates allowed

The government team on Corona in Syria announced that the night curfew imposed completely will be abolished from tomorrow evening, Tuesday, and that the travel ban between the governorates will be lifted.

The decision also included allowing mass transit between governorates, and extending the opening period of shops and commercial markets to eight in the morning until seven in the evening during the summer.

The government team stressed the continuation of preventing the holding of social events “weddings and condolences”, and the continued closure of public parks, sports clubs, swimming pools, cultural centers, theaters and private institutes in addition to tourist establishments, parks, restaurants and cafes, to review the reality of the epidemic within the next week to take an appropriate decision regarding the facilities Tourism and other sectors, respectively, according to the variables, and decided to prioritize the “unemployment allowance” for workers in the tourist establishments.

The Syrian Ministry of Health announced today 20 new cases of corona virus among the Syrians coming to the country, the highest number recorded in one day.

The ministry said that the new casualties were recorded among the Syrians arriving, including 15 from Kuwait and 3 from Sudan, and one from both Russia and the UAE, which raises the number of injuries recorded in Syria to 106.

This number is the highest recorded in one day, since the first injury was announced on 22 March .
