Turkish presidency: We received a request from Israel to provide it with medical supplies

Turkish presidential spokesman Ibrahim Qalan announced that his country has received a request from Israel to provide it with medical aid, in order to cope with the outbreak of the “Covid-19” virus.

He said in a television interview, today, Sunday: “We received a request from Israel to provide it with medical supplies, I think the shipment will be ready within days, and we will simultaneously send aid to Palestine as well.”

He added in this context: “Armenia asked Turkey for medicine to be used to treat Corona‘s injuries, and President Erdogan agreed to send the medicine.”

He added: “We have sent medical aid to many countries, including Azerbaijan, Qatar and 5 countries in the Balkans, Turkey has a good record of humanitarian aid.

He stressed that one of his country’s priorities in the current stage is the production of medical supplies, securing hospital needs and maintaining public security in the country, as well as the necessary measures to maintain the strength of the economy.

Yesterday, Saturday, the Turkish Ministry of Health announced that the number of Corona virus deaths has increased to 1101.
