Turkey sets a new record in corona deaths

Turkey set a new record in the daily increase in deaths from corona virus by 126 new cases, but the death toll has seen a significant decline to the level of 4353.

The Turkish Minister of Health, Fakhruddin Kuja, said in a new statistic published today, Friday, that the number of deaths registered with the virus in the country during the past day increased by 126 cases to reach the level of 1769, in a new record count was monitored in Turkey, where the largest previous rise was recorded yesterday Thursday it reached 125 deaths.

Koujah also mentioned that the number of confirmed cases of “COVID-19” has increased by 4,353 during the past 24 hours, noting that the total number of people living with HIV in the country has reached 78,546 people, while 40,270 new special examinations have been carried out.

This figure also indicates a decline in the daily increase in the number of injuries, which in the statistic of Thursday reached 4801 cases.

Koujah also reported a significant increase in the number of people recovering, as 1542 new cases of recovery were recorded, which represents a record rate in this field, and he mentioned that the general number of people recovering reached 8631 cases.

Koujah stressed that there is a balance between the number of HIV patients in hospitals and the outcome of recovering patients who are discharging from them, adding: “The frequency of the increase in the number of new infections is decreasing, as we expected.”

Commenting on these data, the Turkish Minister of Health said, “We have two strengths, which are prevention and treatment. Let us use our capabilities.”
