U.S. President Donald Trump declined to comment on whether or not the North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has been in power yet.
“I don’t want to comment on that,” Trump told reporters on Tuesday, when asked about this. I only wish him well. ”
On Monday, Trump said he was aware of the North Korean leader’s condition, but would prefer not to reveal that information.
This comes amid conflicting media reports about the health of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, as some media outlets reported his deteriorating health after surgery.
Some have also spread rumors of his death and hypotheses about who will rule in the country, while others have denied the authenticity of these reports.
Kim Jong Un had not appeared in public for more than two weeks, while North Korea’s official media said Monday that he congratulated South African President Cyril Ramavoza on the occasion of his country’s National Day.
