Seismic stations in Syria recorded a new light tremor measuring 2.2 on the Richter scale.
The National Center for the Earthquake at the Syrian Ministry of Oil announced that “the tremor was recorded on the Syrian-Turkish border, and with a depth of 7 kilometers at five o’clock in the fourth quarter of the local time.”
About a week ago, the country witnessed a wave of tremors that ranged between light and medium on the Syrian coast and near Lattakia, the highest intensity was 4.7 on the Richter scale.
