The Prime Minister explained that this measure aims to “reduce the movement of citizens in markets and other public places to the lowest possible level in the interest of public safety and health.”
The Prime Minister said that this comes “as a continuation of government efforts to take preventive measures and precautions necessary to face the existing and potential repercussions of the spread of the Corona virus, and to fortify the structure of public safety.”
