The Prime Minister, Eng. Imad Khamis, issued a decision requesting the governors to immediately activate the role of neighborhood committees and in terms of participating in implementing the measures taken by the government to deal with the Corona virus and put the necessary instructions for that at the neighborhood level.
Engineer Khamis stressed in the decision, which Sana received a copy of, on the necessity of the participation of neighborhood and mayor committees in all administrative units in implementing these measures, especially with regard to following up procedures for the urgent delivery of materials, products and services to citizens and informing the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of the measures taken.
The government team concerned with the strategy to tackle the Corona virus has decided to impose a curfew in all regions from six in the evening until six in the morning, starting from today until further notice, closing all commercial activities and shops completely during the period of the ban and taking legal sanctions against violators.
