British media reported on Wednesday that the Prince of Wales, Prince Charles, was confirmed to have contracted the new Corona virus (Covid 19), which infected thousands of people in Britain.
The Sun newspaper, citing a statement issued by the royal residence “Clarence House”, reported that the prince showed minor symptoms of the virus, and he was in good health and had to continue working from home pending recovery.
In the same vein, the Duchess of Conrall was subjected to tests, and it was found that she was not infected with the virus, but she will isolate herself for fourteen days according to medical guidelines.
The statement issued by the British Crown Prince’s office did not indicate how he contracted the disease, given the large number of posts he had made in the past few weeks.
As for Buckingham Palace, he said in a statement that “Queen Elizabeth last met Prince Charles on 12 March, before the earliest time he could have been a carrier of the infection.”
Earlier, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said that the Corona virus was the greatest threat facing the country, and he appealed to the population to stay in their homes and not go out except for necessity.
To date, 423 deaths and 8,167 HIV cases have been recorded in the United Kingdom.
