Hebrew media indicated that a barrage of rockets was launched from the Gaza Strip towards the adjacent Israeli settlements.
She added that the explosions that were heard in the Gaza Strip, were caused by the Iron Dome’s attempt to intercept the missiles of the resistance.
In addition, Palestinian media indicated that sirens were sounded in Ashkelon and the surrounding areas in the Gaza Strip, including Gaza envelope settlements and the Hofuf Ashkelon regional council, and the Kissufim site, east of Deir al-Balah.
Sources reported that there was a state of panic among the residents of the Gaza envelopes.
These developments come on the heels of escalation between the Israeli army and Palestinians on the borders of the Strip, where one of the Palestinian citizens was killed by the fire of the Israeli forces.
